Your SDS Collection is a Gold Mine

Going for Gold, Your SDS Collection is Uniquely Valuable

A good gold mine produces  2 ounces of gold for every ton of rock mined. That is  a lot of effort to get the valuable nuggets from the overwhelming quantity of ore.

Likewise, you are challenged to get the nuggets of information you need from your SDS collection. While all the information in a given SDS is valuable and useful in its own way, most of it is not actionable by the everyday users of the product.

Mining Your SDS Collection

An Occupational Hygienist will understand what LC50 Inhalation - Rat - 4 h - 710 mg/m3 means. They know a lower number is worse – not better.  But we all understand the following nugget of information –

                                             “Fatal if inhaled”

With SDS RiskAssist our goal is to help you get the gold nuggets you need to take action on occupational health and safety. If your SDS collection has 100 products, you have over 1,000 pages of information.  SDS RisAssist summarizes those data sheets and gives you back information that is actionable.

Not just a single product with “Fatal if inhaled”. But a listing of all products with that hazard statement, as part of a listing of all your inhalation hazards. This allows you to look at your program of managing inhaled hazards (i.e. general and local ventilation, respirator program) with all your products in mind.

Let us help you turn your SDS collection into a valuable asset that ensures your employees stay healthy and safe.
