  1. Download: Click on this link to download the safety data sheet or document associated with the name to any computer or mobile device. 
  2. Name: What you call the document. This is the same as the name of the PDF file. You can call the PDF anything up to 240 characters. If you click on the name the 1-page summary will show up.
  3. Supplier: The name of the company you purchase the product from if the document is an SDS. Allows you to understand where the product comes from to replace safety data sheets and optimize purchasing. 
  4. Date: Latest revision date for the document. Helps users stay on top of updating their safety data sheets.
  5. Format: Indicates whether the data sheet is in compliance (SDS), or out of compliance (MSDS, Not Identified). Non WHMIS documents are also included (Reference or pathogen safety data sheet (PSDS)).
  6. Signal Word: If the product has an associated signal word it will be listed. Allows users to review products by associated signal word. ie - Danger.
  7. Comment: Added by user to help stay on top of administrative document management. (Optional up to 240 characters in length) Keeps instructions consistent for all users.
